A busy week for reception.

Date: 14th Oct 2016 @ 3:45pm

Wow what a busy week we have had! We have been on 2 trips and completed an obstacles course. First of all we visited our local church and we were allowed to have a look around, we saw lots of statues, pictures and beautiful stained glass windows which we are going to make next week. Father John also told us all about why we go to church and how we are welcomed into Gods family.

This week in Maths we have been learning our positional language. We had to work with our partner to tell them how to complete the obstacle course by giving them instructions such as go over the net, under the bench and jump on the board. We took it in turns so we all got to do the fun part! Look at our photographs to see.

To finish our week we went over to Tesco and learnt all about Harvest from Shelly and Harvy the mouse. We made some nice fruit kebabs with kiwi, strawberries, melons and grapes. We also went in some big, chilly freezers and saw where the bread gets made. We finished it off with a nice yummy doughnut.
