The Gingerbread Man

Date: 28th Sep 2016 @ 9:11pm

After reading the story 'The Gingerbread Man' we have been very busy this week.

In Literacy we have been looking at instructions and how to write them. We started off with following instructions to make our own gingerbread men.

In Science in our topic 'Materials' we completed an investigation using our very own gingerbread men. As the gingerbread man in the story was unable to cross the river, we decided we would find the most suitable material to make him a pair of waterproof boots. The children had great fun predicting  then watching the gingerbread man's legs drop off as he became soggy!
